The house has clearly exceeded our expectations. The room was not a dance hall, but sufficiently large, beautifully renovated, well equipped and well soundproofed. The old town is only 150 meters away.
The breakfast was self-service and a little off the rack.

air-conditioned room, newly renovated, new bathroom. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was windowless, very low in the corner. The location is quiet, our room faced the inner courtyard, but still central.

I would stay here again as the property met every demand. the rooms are newly remodeled, the location is excellent, and the staff are outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally pleasant.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant, and is ideally situated for exploring the old town of Laval. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived on Bastille Day (14th July) and were treated to a massive firework display down by the river, which was only a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which was an added bonus to our overnight stay. Laval itself is a charming town and I would definitely stay here again.
